Griffin Region College and Career Academy Registration Process for 26/27

Step 1: Complete the GRCCA Orientation & Registration Survey. To participate in the GRCCA Dual Enrollment or High School courses for the 2026/2027 school year the following must be completed:

  • Deadline - February 27, 2026 - Students taking Dual Enrollment or High School courses MUST complete step 1 & 2. These are the only steps required for High School courses:

    • Agriculture

    • Aviation Drone

    • Aviation Flight

    • Aviation Maintenance

Deadline - May 1, 2026 - Students taking Dual Enrollment courses MUST complete the remaining steps 2-6.

Step 2:   ALL Students and Parents must attend the GRCCA’s Mandatory Student Registration Event to Register for Courses AND Complete Mandatory Documents: 

  • Appendix A - Student Information Form

  • Appendix B - School System Transportation Form

  • Appendix C - GRCCA Student Handbook Acknowledgement

Step 3(a):  New Southern Crescent Technical College Dual Enrolled Students apply to the college.

Step 3(b):  New Gordon State College Dual Enrolled Students apply to the college.

Step 3(c):  New Middle Georgia State University Dual Enrolled Students apply to the college.

Step 4: (GRCCA Use Only)   Course sections are subject to minimum student enrollment.  If the class you select does not meet those minimum requirements you will be contacted to select another course to complete your schedule.

  • Students in high school credit only courses:  GRCCA Counselor will register students for the requested course after completion of Step 1 & 2.

  • Students in dual enrollment courses: GRCCA Counselor will register students for the requested course after completion of Step 1-5 to ensure that your course schedule is maintained. 

Step 5: ALL Dual Enrollment Students MUST complete the online Dual Enrollment Funding Application/Participation form. Parents must complete the parent section of the form

  • Step 1: Create GAfutures Account, if you do not already have one

  • Step 2: Apply for Dual Enrollment Funding  when GSFC opens portal

  • Step 3: Parents will receive an email to complete the “Parental Agreement.” Verify your student’s information and complete the “Acknowledgement” portion and submit.

Male students between 18 and 25 years of age must have a Selective Service registration in GSFC’s database in order for your college or university to process your state aid. Visit Selective Service System for more information about registration.

Step 6: Students will verify if an EOC/Milestone test is required for any college course(s) the student is taking  (Biology, American Literature and Composition,) Students are required to report to their high school at the designated time to take the EOC/Milestone test(s).
